    I’ve slowly been transitioning my home over to LED but I had no idea there were recommendations on color temp and brightness for various rooms. After work tonight, I’ll have to run around my house to see what I have in place vs these suggestions. Good food for thought.

      On my opinion, CFL is better if you want to make your eyes feel more fine and relax.
      LED is so harmful for eyes..
